Construction was founded in 1960 by E. Allan Wicks to meet the needs of the growing
Winneshiek County, Iowa. As word spread about the company's dedication to deadlines and

demand of a growing tri-state clientele.
Allan's son, Brad Wicks, took over the helm of the company in 1985. Wicks is ever
